This workshop will cover the basic principles of sustainable greenkeeping, why it is important and how sustainable management can realistically be achieved regardless of site conditions, resources and climate. The improvements made from a sustainable approach will be presented along with different strategies examined.

- Considerations of sward species change and is it always necessary to be more sustainable?
- Examples of different approaches in varying climates with different grass type
