Greenkeeper

Rosslare are seeking a greenkeeper to join the current staff to continue the progressive work required to carry on with the composition change taking part over the course’s and re-instate it back to a Traditional Links Course.

After 5 seasons’ we can be happy in the knowledge that we are 65-80% Fescue/Bent greens/aprons with work well underway on fairways & roughs included.

Rosslare is an 18 hole Links course set in the Sunny South East of Ireland and comprises of 1, full 18 course a 12 hole course, 4 practise greens and an Iron range.

With new machinery facilities and new machinery the club look set to move forward in the future. This is an excellent opportunity for green keepers to further their professional career.

Candidates should possess:

• Positive can do attitude.
• Minimum 2yrs experience
• NVQ level 2 or above
• A desire to further your skills
• PA1, PA2, PA6 spraying qualification
• Knowledge of Irrigation is desirable although training will be given
• Links experience is desirable although training will be given
• Driving Licence is desirable
