Seasonal Greenkeepers (April to October)

The Grove, London’s country estate and one of England’s finest luxury golf courses, is excited to announce that we are seeking applications for Apprentice Greenkeepers and fixed term seasonal Greenkeepers (April - October).

The successful candidates will be joining an established and dedicated team participating in the maintenance and development of the championship golf course, artificial football pitch used by the English FA, Premier League teams and the NFL, hotel grounds and surrounding estate.

We are seeking highly motivated, flexible individuals with a passion for golf course maintenance who will thrive in a dynamic and challenging outdoor environment.

Full training will be provided prior to using any equipment and throughout the season we will be looking to run various seminars, workshops or external training courses to further develop each individual.

Working under the direction of the Golf Course Manager and Head Greenkeeper, successful candidates must possess the following attributes and qualifications:

• Self-motivation and a positive attitude, ability to work to high standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A strong work ethic and ability to demonstrate they can work as part of a team and as an individual.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• A full UK Driving Licence is preferable but not essential.
• Previous experience is desired but full training will be provided.
