The Role:

The Turf division is looking to recruit a Technical Trainer, to be based at our site in St Neots; however wider UK travel will also be required. You will plan, prepare and provide high quality practical training delivery to our internal & external clients, subjects to include electrics, hydraulics, engines aftercut appearance & cutting technology.

Working as part of a team and reporting to the Training Manager, the successful candidate will have a proven track record and knowledge in the above subjects and have the ability to inspire others. The ideal applicant will have a minimum Level 2/NVQ mechanical engineering, NVQ Electrical and/or NVQ Hydraulic Qualification. Use of diagnostic tooling and knowledge of petrol & diesel engines would also be desirable.

Candidates will be highly motivated professionals with a pro-active approach, can use their initiative and have good organisational and planning skills. You will need to display good oral and written communication skills and be able to create and maintain strong working relationships at all levels including good time management and presentation skills.
