The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of modern Green Keeping and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent management, motivation and communication skills
- Work within planned financial budgets
- Identify training and development needs to maximise the potential and contribution of each team member
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent and hold relevant certification for the use of chainsaw work and spraying of chemicals

It would be advantageous if the successful candidate played golf to a reasonable standard.
