New website coming soon

BIGGA will soon be launching an our new website, offering members a modern platform to access education, useful documents and videos, volunteering opportunities, member benefits and discussion forums.

Thank you to everyone who took the time and effort to fill in our web user questionnaire last year. Your feedback helped to shape the direction and appearance of the new BIGGA website, which will come online very soon.

What will be better?

• There is a whole new fresh look to the site, featuring our most requested feature - a search button!
• The new site is mobile and tablet friendly
• Members will be able to update their details and renew membership online
• Members will be able to tell us about special interests and receive personalised home pages, where you will see stories relating to topics you are interested in, and information about events taking place in your local area
• Those new to greenkeeping and the turf industry will be able to join BIGGA and pay securely online
• Golf clubs will be able to post jobs online
• There will be a directory of products and services searchable by topic and region
• Non-members will be able to register for web-use only
• If you read about a topic that you think will interest others, we’ve made sharing interesting articles and news on social media much easier

Will I be able to log straight into the members’ area?

• When we launch the new site, you will receive a welcome email with a secure link to set a new password. You will then be able to login with either your email address or membership number.
• Reserved exclusively for BIGGA members, this area will feature special resources, the lending library, member news and group discussions. You’ll also be able to interact and share knowledge with other BIGGA members

Is this the final version?

We have designed the website to evolve with us so that new features can be added. Continue to give us feedback and we’ll be able to develop the website offering to suit the needs of our members.
