Due to our continued expansion in Scotland, we are now looking to recruit an additional Field Service Technician to provide practical field technical and repair support to end user customers, focussed on a ‘first time fix’ performance target and effectively managing your personal time and communication.
This post will provide field service in and around central & southern Scotland so being based in this area would be ideal.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will ideally be a fully qualified, experienced technician and take a flexible, professional attitude to their work. You will need to be highly motivated with a proactive approach, have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong working relationships with our customers.
